[liphp] Roadblock with GD support and PHP

Curious: what OS is the host running? In the case of OpenBSD (which is
not that common) PHP binary packages are provided with and without GD.
If the host admins are the kind of folks that install & update binary
rather than build from source, perhaps a similar situation exists for
whatever OS the host is running?
